Cylinder Bore Wear.

Re your memo concerning B.103.GP.

May I state first that the first move concerning the use of Arctic Oil on rebores, was to go through the last two months charts to see whether we could get hold of one. I have to take K/KC knowledge of the owners and there was not one that could be approached.

In case you are not aware of Rules and Regulations: B.103.GP. - Owner Guy Knowles, Complaint Report K.104. We are not allowed to communicate with this Owner as it is a complaint case, and any dispute etc. is in the hands of C. No word or letter must be uttered to this Owner until C. has settled first with him. Sorry. ( We are aware that Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} is intimate with him).
