G.CD.1305 Modification to Clutch to crankcase dowels.
The solid taper dowels have been replaced by hollow parallel removable dowels which are retained by set screws.
Owing to alterations to the shape of the flywheel, it has not been possible to withdraw the clutch casing the necessary amount when dismantling to bring it clear of the present dowels. On the above scheme the dowels will be withdrawn before the casing is dismantled.
The main securing screws shown on this drawing have a longer length of thread than the ones at present called for, but are still standard.
