Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. E.W. Hives.

Re. Test Tyres.

We beg to acknowledge receipt of your favour of yesterday's date Ref.Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}6/LG, and are much obliged for the opportunity of a further inspection of these tyres during the car's visit to these Works to-day.

We have put two new tyres on the rear wheels and we shall be obliged if you will keep us posted about the test of these in the admirable and useful manner which you have hitherto done.

With regard to the question of inflation pressure and wear, you will understand that we are making certain experiments with the tyres on this car and the question of inflation pressure has always been well before us. For the present test we would like the pressure reduced to 70 lbs and kept there by daily inspection as previously.

With many thanks for your attention.

We are, Yours faithfully,

THE DUNLOP RUBBER CO: LTD:
