W/S. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} c. Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} 361 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}2/R.12.7.37. Count Haugwitz Reventlow - 3-AZ-96. H15/RH.{R. Hollingworth}6.7.37. Our P.III steering is not as light as many steerings on American cars. It is also necessary to put a certain amount of friction in the steering to prevent low speed wobbles. Sometimes when a car leaves the Factory, the friction in the cross steering tube builds up. Judging from this customer's observations this may have happened in the case in question. If Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} ensures that friction in the steering is no greater than is necessary to eliminate low speed wobbles, we do not think that the customer will be dissatisfied.
