x 1166 PERMANENT JACKS. DONALD SESSIONS & COMPANY LTD. 906. HARROW ROAD. WILLESDEN. LONDON. N.W.10 TELEPHONE WILLESDEN 1270 TELEGRAMS "TOGGLE, HARLES" CABLEGRAMS "TOGGLE, LONDON" 4th March, 1936 File J.C. Bowering, Esq., Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd., D E R B Y. Dear Mr. Bowering, With regard to the final design of hand pump you required by Friday, I regret to say after consultation with the works that this will not be completed until Tuesday next. This is mainly due to alterations in the moulding of some of the rubber parts which you will appreciate necessitates special moulds and rectification after trial. This pump incidentally, will be exactly what we propose to deliver to you in bulk supplies, with the possible exception of the nameplates on the hand knobs. I also understand from the works that another complete set of jack rams will be completed and despatched to you in the course of the next two days. Will you be good enough to let me know where you purchase the copper tubing used in connection with our jacking system and the exact specification and dimension decided upon for both sizes - 1/4" and 5/16" outside diameter. Yours very truly, Donald Sessions Director DWS/IKS | ||
