SCUTTLE ISOLATION. There is at present a controversy as to whether we should fix the extra side rubbers in the 25 HP. cars as we do on the Phantom 11. We have been requested to try some cars and report. As far as new cars are concerned we have not found it necessary - but will try a few more.
