These pivots are now being finished by HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} Item 5. We are not yet ready to do the body mounting job. Shortage of labour. Item 6. We have not yet found anything that will give the B.V. customer a much better petrol consumption. We have found that 'E' needles which have been standardised can vary in performance and at the moment two chosen needles have been fitted to Breedon's and Devereux cars. Item 8. We have the detail drawings, and manufacturing of material is in hand. Item 15. This job will be tackled as soon as Rigby has finished with the car on brake experiment. Item 19. These wheels arrived in our Stores on March 27th. Item 25. This job is held up due to the illness of Hallam. Item 29. All the information is now available, and as soon as the photographs are to hand, the necessary report will be circulated. Item 31. Devereux car will be dealt with as opportunity occurs. Item 33. Shock absorbers have been completed and fitted to 1-R-1. Item 34. One water pump built to the Buick specification has been completed, and is now running on 30-G-V11.
