At the moment we have not decided whether the existing range of mixture strength which can be obtained without spoiling the slow running, is adequate for all ordinary working conditions. We are most indebted to you for the interest you have taken in this matter, in view of the fact that you are aware of the peculiar situation in which we are placed.
