CONDENSER No. MO.55 - EX CHASSIS 55RF.
-J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} BLAKE & CO. LTD.

We have duly tested and examined this condenser and attached pleased find copy of my assistant's report WC.78.

This failure is only one case in many hundreds of satisfactory condensers, nevertheless we would like again to emphasize the very great care that should be exercised in the cleanliness of condenser manufacture to minimise the possibility of faults of this nature.

The faulty portion of the condenser is sent to By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} for inspection.

EFC.
