[Handwritten note: ok]

The following is a brief summary of the discussion held on Tuesday the 5th inst:-

(1) We are proposing to fit a set of 45° angle timing gears on B-15 unit for 10,000 miles on 21-G-IV. Hardy will ensure that a set of these gears is available. [Handwritten note: OK with tick]

(2) Martindale and Hardy will complete the drawings for increased strength to the front of the Bentley chassis. We propose to have these made on a full size car, the main object being to put the frame fitted with the body on the bump, and measure improvement in column movement, if any. [Handwritten note: tick]

(3) Hardy will issue a Depot Sheet indicating the danger of bumper bars to the latest scheme falling off, recommending examination, and indicating what steps have been taken in the new design to overcome the trouble. [Handwritten note: tick]

(4) The date arranged for a cold start on SpectreCodename for Phantom III is 13.11.35, and Dodd will follow this up. [Handwritten note: tick]

(5) Salt will issue a complete report on the test carried out by Mr. Fisher on the Stromberg carburetter whilst he was here, and also let me see a complete Stromberg carburetter stripped. It is proposed to go over this with Fisher and decide what modifications are required to improve it. [Handwritten note: Max & Min setting]

(6) Leslie has guaranteed to have one set of N.Schemes 4520 and 4603 available by the next meeting. [Handwritten note: Brough MEETING]
