Particulars of the above horn which was left by Mr. Gentry of the Klaxon Co. were noted as follows:-
Length (fore & aft) 9 1/4"
Height 10 1/2"
Weight (complete) 4 lbs 12 ozs
Coil resistance 1.25 ohms
As set by makers, current to break was 3.7 amperes and running current 1.6 amperes. The note produced was similar to that of the Bosch but not so loud. No further tests were done but the horn is now in AJL's hands for trial on cars.
