| A Simple Scheme of louvres & means of operating I found practical. rod over pump Hand Pump Gauges rod under Gauges Push & Pull R & Left by foot about 5 1/2 deep x 1 3/4 wide Small Spherical joints fitted with Springs like steering tubes Spring arranged to pass dead centres and hold the shutters firm. Open & Closed 1'8.2" Each louvre shutter has attached a piece like shown in sketch to prevent it opening too far for the springs. R | ||
