LE CARBONE,
COVENTRY HOUSE,
SOUTH PLACE,
LONDON, E.C.2.

Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.,
Nightingale Road,
Derby.

9th June 1922.

Dear Sirs,

Your ref. Wa{Mr Wallis}/AN2/K3.6.22.
Our ref. 1676/P.2457.

Further to yours of the 3rd inst. concerning Order No.9092, our Works people have been pleased to review the matter and note your various observations. The only point now to be settled is the choice of suitable beads and they submit herewith a sample flexible with bead insulation thereon. They will be pleased to hear that this pattern meets with your approval and that they can proceed with the execution of your order in this manner without delay. They inform us that they have nothing more suitable in stock to offer, so should you not approve of the size of the beads now sent you, it will be necessary for them to endeavour to obtain other supplies, and we are afraid that this may hamper delivery.

We trust therefore that this latter course will not be necessary and in thanking you in anticipation of your prompt response.

We are,
Yours faithfully,
For Le Carbone,

T/OB
PL8/6
Enclo. Sample flexible.
