(21). Throttle governor, control is not so sensitive as Phantom (friction of governor spring wire on to crankcase).

(22). More definite drainage to engine front tray. (Water, rust and oil now collect).

(23). Chassis weight. Without sub-frame roughly weighs 180 lbs. less than Phantom. Sales appear to expect 2 cwt. difference.
