2.B.50 (WRAITH III No.9 UNIT).

The above car is being sent into the Shop for various complaints on the unit in view of which we should like you to carry out the following:-

(1) Dismantle and general examination of -
(a) Timing gears to locate knock.
(b) Pistons on account of hot knocks.
(c) Little end con. rod bushes to be examined.

(2) Flexible flywheel to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}569 to be fitted. (OB.4758 is new number).

(3) Bentley V induction system complete with air silencer and controls.

(4) Refit standard EW.1949 cylinder head which was recently removed from this unit.

Assembly otherwise dependent upon condition of the remaining parts.
