Confirming our conversation, we are told definitely that the material of which our curtains are made will not satisfy black-out requirements. Furthermore, the way the curtains are hung will allow light to escape round the sides. You therefore agreed to deal with this matter immediately and also to put somebody on painting the roof lights which are not covered with screens.
