In accordance with your memo BY8/G10.11.30, we have tried out on test three chassis fitted with the long sliding joint as shown on scheme 1397. All three of these Exhaust systems have proved very satisfactory. They have all done a fair mileage, and in one particular case, I personally drove the one chassis 160 miles.
