(2) Table Headers (from left to right): - only one side door on each side? - only 4 points for body to rest upon? - only face fit for doors? - Matchboxing? - oval doors? - dove-tails? Table Content: Row Header: Hoopers Column 'only one side door on each side?': Yes. If could sell it would like to build body with one door only and that on rear side Column 'only 4 points for body to rest upon?': No, can do with no less than 8 points for body to rest upon. Depend almost entirely on strength of chassis frame for strength of body. Think a strip of 2" felt, grease treated would be better than separate points. If such or separate points are used, weight must be increased Column 'only face fit for doors?': rattle chiefly in windows when half way open can be made quiet by hook at one top corner Column 'Matchboxing?': most of the weakness is in door pillars which actually "whip 5/8" from engine vibration with certain 4 cyl. engine Only one dove-tail dowel should be used & this must be adjustable. Column 'oval doors?': pillars not suitable. Moreover doorways do not give at joints. Column 'dove-tails?': one only which should be adjustable | ||
