Dear Hives,

Many thanks for yours of the 26th. inst. I quite agree with all you say about the Runbaken gauge and I think if it were properly designed in, in the first instance, it would be a very good thing and I told them so, but I do not like the idea of fitting it to an existing car as you say.

With regard to the 'Everlastic' inner tube, I may give one of these a trial because I think it is not at all a bad idea. They sent me a section, which I enclose, which might be of interest to you.
