Burt - Engineer}3/GM/17.5.27 The Autovac and Tank has been replaced, and the old one returned for examination as per G/R 49248. In accordance with EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}'s instructions we are requesting Mt to hand the Autovac complete to you for special examination. When returning the Autovac the driver stated that Major Burnham would very much like a report on the cause of the trouble.
