GLN-60.

When we were making modifications to increase the power output of your engine we decided to look at the main bearings. We found that very few of the big ends had any white metal left on them.

We also found that the cylinders had worn badly. This means fitting over-sized pistons holding the bores, and fitting new main bearings. We are doing what we can to get the engine through but I doubt if we shall manage it before the holidays. This is because the Schneider Cup work is now at its peak.
