Dear Sirs,

Further to our letter of the 28th ult., we must thank you for the interview which you granted to our representative, Mr. Organ, a few days ago.

In regard to the general question of the use of Everlastic Tubes by your goodselves, we understand that objections were raised on the grounds of price and weight.

In regard to the former, we should like to point out that the total cost to your goodselves for a set of six Everlastic Tubes of the size named would be only £16:16:0. This amounts to something less than one per cent on the total value of a Rolls-Royce Car and surely it is worth the expenditure of such a small percentage to ensure tyre reliability for your clients.

We are quite confident that you would not hesitate to spend a much larger sum to ensure mechanical reliability, which has attained such a very high standard with your chassis as to throw into greater relief the comparative lack of reliability in tyres.

The mere fact that two spare wheels are supplied as standard is sufficient commentary on this, and if it were/
