Will you please fit to chassis 5-B-IV the scheme for Cotton Duck friction material on the servo balancer arm suspension, N.Sch.4314.

Of the alternative methods of securing the lining shown on N.Sch.4314, we require the method in which the friction material is attached to the inner pivot, modified to Hdy.{William Hardy}1/HP.2.1.33.
