Attention Mr.Spicer.

Dear Mr. Spicer,

As you know, we have had some of your stainless steel window chanelling fitted to one of our cars. This has been in use about a fortnight and we find that the felt has worn through and got generally displaced so that the edge of the glass is rubbing on the metal in places.

This shows that it will be necessary for a much better quality felt to be used. Can you obtain some strips of what you think will be suitable and let us have them as soon as possible, and we will get them fitted to the car in question.

Yours sincerely,
