Such modifications to the parts that are being made in connection with bringing it in line with the "Eagle" should not delay the engine seriously. I think it would be quite unwise to keep the engine back on account of any improvements that I know of other than those necessary to make it give at least 250 HP. In fact, I should despatch it in a somewhat temporary condition, rather than delay sending it. The improvements could go out later, so that the models and instructions would arrive in time for the manufacturing programme.
