We send herewith N.Sch.5103 giving particulars for the Hardy Spicer shaft for this car. The shaft is exactly the same as for the Bentley (N.Sch.5038) excepting the length. The tube diameter is 3" as for the existing 25/30 shaft. The gearbox flange is the same as for the Bentley, and the axle flange is the same as for the Wraith III. The bolts, nuts, and spring washers are to be as supplied by Messrs. Hardy Spicer as our standard nuts are too large. E/HDY.{William Hardy} N.Sch.5103 herewith. | ||
