A.{Mr Adams} Taub, Esq.,
Vauxhall Motors Ltd.,
Luton,
BEDS.

Dear Taub,

Thank you for your letter of 13th. February together with the Data Sheet of your Bedford engine.

I know that we have a lot to learn about miles per gallon.

We also have a lot to learn about wide plug gaps.

We have, however, obtained quite a bit of information during the past 12 months in our own quaint way, and would like to find out why we are stuck. If, therefore, you could give me a date within the next fortnight or so, we could come down and have one of our periodical refresher courses with you.

We are having quite an exciting time at the Factory on some futuristic projects which we should never have been able to afford to develop had not the present need of hostilities brought them to the front.

Maurice Olley is keeping us well informed as to affairs in the States. I wonder for how long they will be in the ring-side seats ?

Yours sincerely,
