Mr. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} enc. letter from R.W. of July 26th in which they offer to supply us with R.W.D. wire wheels at a low price. Fit not less than 90% of our product with these wheels.

The Technical Committee believe that Mr. Royce would not agree to Messrs Rudge Whitworth's proposal being taken up. They have not introduced any improvement in their wheels which would cause Mr. Royce to alter his previous decision.
