Attention:- Mr. S.H. Grylls.
Dear Sirs,
We note that you cannot immediately send us a wheel of the exact type which you will be using in your 1939-40 production cars, but that you will let us have one as soon as it is available.
We also note that you are in touch with the Michelin Company regarding a sample 225/400 Pilote tyre and that you no longer require solid tyres for your dynamometer.
We have just received a quotation and specifications from Heenan & Froude for a water brake. We hope to write to you in a few days regarding the use of this equipment for measuring power loss.
Yours faithfully,
THE AVON INDIA RUBBER COMPANY LIMITED.
