ROAD SPRINGS.

There are a considerable number of road springs in our Stores for which we have no further use, will you please arrange for their disposal.

They are as follows :-

One pair 20 HP. front springs removed from 14.G.IV. 9.2.30 (Originally fitted 18.4.29) F.55520. 630 lbs. springs, these should be scrapped.

One 20 HP. Front spring (Not Cadmium plated) F.53580. 616 lbs Dated Dec. 1929. Should be scrapped.

One pair 20/25 HP. Standard Rear springs F.57194. 840 lbs. Removed from 18.G.IV 22.11.30. These might be useful to Repair Dept. or Production.

One pair 20/25 HP. Standard Rear springs F.57194 840 lbs. Removed from 18.G.IV after 10,000 miles (21.1.31.) These should be scrapped.

One pair 20/25 HP. Standard Front springs. Removed from 18.G.IV (21.1.31.) after 10,000 miles. These should be scrapped.

One pair 20/25 HP. Rear springs (719 - 728 lbs) removed from 14.G.IV. 19.4.29. These should be scrapped.

Six 20 HP. Rear springs (not cadmium plated) old stock, should be scrapped.

One pair Standard P.II rear springs taken off 18-EX (8.12.30) F.79444. 1120 - 1140 lbs. It may be possible to dispose of these to the Repair Dept. or Production.

One pair P.II springs fitted with 2 second plates. These have been bumper tested and should be scrapped.
