Re. LeC. 2464., and in reply to your memo. BY/CGH{W Clough}7/K19728., we wish to make the cams .700 wide instead of .5. This transfers the bearing surface overlap to the cam, and increases the wearing face, and we believe also improves the lubrication.
The question of grinding the end cam near the collar requires looking into, but we believe you will find it possible to accommodate the wider cam at this point.
