File 1328 Em/Ed.{J. L. Edwards}2/GH.2.4.40. 2nd April 1940. The British Thermostat Co. Ltd., Teddington Works, Windmill Road, Sunbury on Thames, Middlesex. For the attention of Mr. Martin-Hurst. Dear Mr. Martin-Hurst, Mr. Robotham has informed me of your remarks of yesterday regarding cheapening of thermostat, and quote Vauxhalls as an example. Naturally, if we can reduce our thermostat prices to the extent that this seems to suggest we are extremely interested, and we should be very glad if you would let us know what you consider you would produce an efficient Bentley thermostat for. We believe you already have a drawing of this part but if this has become mislaid we should be only too pleased to supply another one. Yours faithfully, for ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
