STANDARDISATION of CHASSIS PARTS.
Description of Parts. ORIGINAL.
Steering pivote pins made with a slow taper for fitting to axle.
Origin. In order that pins can be removed without damaging them.
Experimental Test Report. Set run on bump test for 85 hours, no trouble. On repair cars the present pivot pins are sometimes slack, this should prevent this happening.
Road Test Report. Run 12,000 miles on 2EX. 3,000 miles on 3EX. No trouble.
