The Dunlop people wish to use a ring of square section in securing the sliding barrel of present type wheels. A similar ring has always been used in the old pattern D.4 type.

Please let us know what you think of the square ring which was fitted in the Austrian Trials Cars.

I think the old square section ring was a better job than the present [square] section It did not come out as easily as the present one, and it would be an improvement to use it again
