A second case marked "SECRET. E.A.C." has arrived, but it is not in any way sealed. Will you please let me know whether it was sealed when it left the Works? It would be unsatisfactory if someone opened this case, inspected the contents and sealed it up again without our knowing.

Mr Chaturn informs me that Case was effectivel Sealed Bonded with 1" Hoop Iron. If broken must have been Pleared thro wilfully
