Iron -6.12% Aluminium -9.29% Nickel -6.12 Brinell Hardness -237 We have made in the past experimental alloys of this type, and it would seem that this alloy is machinable even at the high hardness figure. It will also possess good wearing properties. If desired we could produce this material here. It will cast well owing to there being little tendency to "drawing" in the mould. HL. | ||
