The Lucas Electrical Co. Ltd., Birmingham.

On the 5th inst. Mr. Breeden, a Director of the above-
mentioned firm, called here and had an interview with EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} , By,
and Wd. {Mr Wood / Mr Whitehead}

At that interview Mr. Breeden made a suggestion which
he has confirmed and elaborated in a letter, dated 7th inst.
copy of which is attached hereto.

If I may be allowed to express an opinion on the
subject of electrical equipment, I would say that the proposal
is well worth consideration.

I hope EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} will communicate his view of the matter
to R. {Sir Henry Royce} so that, if it is decided to carry the matter further, no
time be lost.

Wd. {Mr Wood / Mr Whitehead}
