Dear Mr. Sidgreaves, In order that we may send confirming order, as outlined in my letter to you of February 13th, I attach hereto a list showing the omissions to be made in shipment from Derby of that which we propose to import from you to the extent of at least 200 units. Upon receipt of this will you kindly advise us the amount of these deductions item by item, together with the net amount remaining which we are to pay you for that which you ship us.
