To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from EFC. X4646 EFC6/T19.5.24. X.4357 - GOSHAWK DISTRIBUTOR. This is to confirm we have handed to you a piece of 'bone grey' fibre. It is not certainly known at present whether this is any better than the grey fibre which we have used previously, but it is understood that it may be. Will you first kindly form an opinion in this direction by machining tests on this fibre, and if you think it is better than that previously used, we would then like you to fix up a standard Goshawk ignition lever with this for comparative test with known results on the continental bakelite rubbing block.
