PHANTOM III BRAKES.

Will you please fit a lever Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/46 to each of the two cars 37-EX and 36-EX. These levers, which are now in the stores, are brazed onto the rear brakes intermediate shafts, and therefore new shafts and levers will have to be prepared.

The brakes on 36-EX have received no attention since it was built, therefore it would be advisable to examine the front dumb bells and to reline the brakes with S.7442.
