Mr.Booth has now completed the shock absorber similar to the one you recently instructed, to which we have added the improvements specified in Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 's note to Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} , defining R's views on the subject. I think it is therefore desirable, in view of this, since the pattern is modified, we should hold up the pattern which is going through, and substitute the new scheme to take the place of it, which will be issued in the course of a few days.
