HYDRAULIC SHOCK DAMPER. This item can now go into production with the following modifications to the original design. (1) Inside lever to be of original length but of squarer section especially near eye. Original. Alt:section. (2) Bore and piston of original diameter but communicating passage parallel with the bore and horizontal. (3) Extra stud on low pressure cap to prevent leak from communicating passage. (4) Ball valve intake passages to both high and low pressure sides of the piston as on "N" Sch. 2153. (5) High pressure valve and air release with ball valve as shewn on "N" Sch. 2153. (6) Simplified filter to fit in same position as filter shewn on "N" Sch. 2153. (7) Spring loaded gland as shewn on F.74679. (8) Filling plug to ensure that oil level shall not be above centre line of lever shaft and that the top cover of the case does not have to be removed for replenishment (plug to admit syringe). (9) Cap and breather to N. Sch. 2153. DIAGRAM TEXT: Six equally spaced holes in each case. HEXAGON TO SUIT PLUG SPANNER GAUZE 100 PER IN STAMP TEXT: ENCLOSURE Nº 669 JUSTSO | ||
