The trouble seems to be due to oil from the pivots running down the cross steering lever from the slot in the dust cover. This slot is now deleted. PH.II. Chiefly due to leakage from the lower pivot cap. Strengthened flanges are now being produced for production and also for dealing with complaints. Previous Quarter.
