The difficulties we have to contend with are to provide a means of fixing these and the stiffening frame around the aluminium sheet without the use of rivet heads. The most suitable thing we can suggest is a countersunk rivet which is riveted up on the inside so that there is no hammering near the countersunk head which is on the outside, and which is made slightly proud of the surface and then filed up. We think that with their light duty there will be no distortion or movement between the rivets and the sheet aluminium.
