X.4617.D. PETO & RADFORD, 50 GROSVENOR GARDENS, LONDON, S.W.1. M {Mr Moon / Mr Moore} /5. 17th October, 1927. Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd., DERBY. Dear Sirs, In reply to yours of the 4th inst., EFCl/T re modifications in the batteries since your test sets, we have had this matter before our Works and they are inclined to think that for the time being you might regard the batteries as being sufficiently representative of what you are to-day using, though there have been various little modifications, not amounting to much in themselves but perhaps having a cumulative effect, and we suggest that perhaps you might return to the subject when the present ones fail, which you anticipate they will do within the next 12 months. Yours faithfully, PETO & RADFORD, G.R.N.Minchin, (sgd) See X4617. | ||
