[Handwritten above: X4229] [Handwritten below: X3730] We propose sending 4-G-11 to WW. on Monday next the 24th.inst. and to leave it there and bring away 5-G-11 car in order to prepare that car for sending to the South of France. We are assuming the following dates :- (1) that you wish for 5-G-11 to meet you at Toulon on Dec. 15th. (2) In order to do this, Dodd will cross over with the car on the 10th. or 11th. Dec. We assume that the car will be sent to Messrs. Young, Coachbuilders, in order for them to go over the body, and we think at the same time it should be touched up and re-varnished. We shall deliver the car to Messrs. Young on Dec. 1st. and we should expect them to have completed all the work by the 9th. Dec. We are assuming that DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} will make the necessary arrangements at the Coachbuilders of what shall be done to this car.
