To Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}; From G.W.H. Hotel de France. Chateauroux. Indre. 6.8.33. I. B. IV. The car is being held up to-day to fit the steel brake shoes. We find that the anchorage for these are apparently so much different in the centres that it is taking considerable time to obtain the bedding. It appears to be useless to bed shoes without their own anchorage. We are also having to fit the steel tubes for the hot water supply to the throttle as the ones fitted are leaking. G.W.H. | ||
