To Mr. Hall from Bn.{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} c. to Mr. Hives. c. to Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} (Struck through) c. to BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} [Handwritten] Copy A.T. Bn{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington}3/P30.5.19. [Handwritten] X.3424 With reference to my note Bn{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington}4/P21.5.19., attaching particulars from Messrs. Rudge Whitworth, of black finish process, I find there is a mistake in the original specification for the first process for oil blacking. The weight of sawdust should be 2 lbs. and the amount of oil 3 pints. With regard to the paragraph describing Phosphorizing the number of volumes of water for dilution which is omitted should be 20. Will you please correct your copies. Bn.{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} | ||
