Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd,
DERBY.

Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. Bowering.

--------

You will by now have received the pump which I forwarded to you yesterday. You will perhaps observe that the hand control body is of aluminium.

Although I do not think that you will experience any trouble with this component, I should recommend you, if possible, to fit the steel body which was attached to the pump which was first fitted to the car.

You will notice that I have drilled four tommy bar holes in the knurled screw and I think I can rely on you not to put too much force behind the tommy bar and with this end in view I have supplied a very slender one.

If you should require another steel control body, please let me know and I will have one made for you.

The blow off pressure of the second pump is about 2100 lbs.

Yours faithfully,
p.p. DONALD SESSIONS & CO LTD.

A.{Mr Adams} J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Sindall
