Vickers}13.1.37. will you please - (1) Build up a set of brake drums as suggested - sections (7) and (8) of your memo and send them out to France to be fitted to 35-EX. This will have to be done quickly. (2) Detail and make a set of brakes with the fulcrums as in section (5) of your memo, and fit them to the first car available.
