PHANTOM III. REAR BRAKES.

With further reference to your memo HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}1/VS.{J. Vickers}13.1.37. will you please -

(1) Build up a set of brake drums as suggested - sections (7) and (8) of your memo and send them out to France to be fitted to 35-EX. This will have to be done quickly.

(2) Detail and make a set of brakes with the fulcrums as in section (5) of your memo, and fit them to the first car available. As soon as this is done we will instruct them for Production.
